Shaker Cards

This season I decided to try my hand at Shaker Cards.  There are 2 kinds of shaker cards - real ones and faker shakers. Essentially, the card consists of 3 layers - the back, where you would stamp anything that you'd like to show through your "shakee" material, the middle, where the actual items that are shaken are put, then the top, where you could stamp more, cover with decorative papers, or whatever.  The main difference between Faker Shakers and real shaker cards is the middle.  The real shaker card requires you to use foamcore or foam tape, and acetate to make your window.  The Faker Shaker uses a cellophane envelope as the middle.  Both cards are fun to make. I found a few places on the web you can go to and see some more shaker cards.
